About the Role

The AT&R unit has just moved into a new purpose-built facility and right now we’re looking for a Registered Nurse with community experience behind them to become part of the close-knit nursing, allied health and medical team, focused on optimizing health and independence.

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, day to day this role is designed to deliver clinical practice and person-centered care. Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team the role is focused on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of clients.

About you

In this role you will have the ability to initiate and accept clinical responsibility and work autonomously when appropriate or necessary.  Amongst your strengths will be the ability to function well in a multi-disciplinary team while having the confidence to be a strong advocate for either stable or unwell patients under your care.

You will need to be registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council and have a current practicing certificate.
