About the Role

The learning hub educator role provides an impact on improving health outcomes for patients at Health New Zealand South Canterbury.

About you

The successful person in this role will bring a positive solution focused approach to practice and  a strong working knowledge of quality improvement processes.  The ability to work within a team environment and partner with stakeholders is  a key element along with established experience in education.

Knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how these relate to the development and application of service specific initiatives to improve Māori health outcomes.

Other criteria for the role include:

• New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC. 

• Current Proficient/ Expert or Designated Senior Nurse PDRP

Salary Range

This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the relevant Nursing Collective, and the Pay Scale, determined on relevant experience.
