About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Southern team based in the South Canterbury office.
In this role, you’ll support a diverse range of roles and services, partnering closely with hiring managers across the full end-to-end recruitment process. As the dedicated recruiter for this portfolio, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your roles, build strong relationships, and shape recruitment outcomes for your area.
You’ll deliver practical, timely recruitment solutions within a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment, while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your workload and priorities.
This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience across a variety of workforces, while contributing to the delivery of essential health services in the region.

You will be part of a wider experienced recruitment team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across the Southern region.
About You
As a Recruitment Specialist you will bring:
- Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency)
- Confidence in managing your own portfolios
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A flexible, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to changing needs
Healthcare recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for adaptable, curious recruiters who are quick to learn and ready to contribute.
