Quality and Risk Coordinator

Right now, we’re looking for a Coordinator to join the Quality
& Risk team to contribute to
the organisational quality/service improvement and risk management projects
which supports the Districts Annual Planning.
Day to day the role is responsible for facilitating
organisational quality systems, supporting staff in the planning,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation of service improvement initiatives. This includes facilitating workshops to
explore areas for improvement and derive and deliver training solutions.
The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, along
with local and national bodies such as disability, social and community
services. Therefore, the ability to communicate effectively and develop collaborative
working relationships is essential.
Applications are sought from experienced health care professionals
(such as a Registered Nurse) with knowledge of the relevant legislative
standards that governs healthcare practice and the principles of health equity.
Success factors for this role includes;
