Learning Hub Advisor
Learning Hub – Timaru Hospital
Permanent, Part Time, 0.6 FTE (with the flexibility for additional hours)
Monday to Friday, workdays and hours to be negotiated after appointment

The Learning Hub Advisor supports the individual,
our organisation and the wider health service learning needs to ensure a
workforce fit for purpose. In this role we support the implementation of
education and training across all health services and aim to create a learning
organisation. You will join a small friendly and passionate team with a genuine
flair for innovation. Our learning hub
team is diverse by design. We encourage and welcome any clinician with a

It is essential that the Learning Hub Advisor role
is underpinned by strong role modelling, continued enhancement of clinical
practice, and a commitment to the development of knowledge and skills through
sound research and evidence-based practice within an interdisciplinary
You will have continuing education and
professional development commensurate with the role (i.e. hold or be working
towards a relevant post-graduate qualification), excellent communication
skills, the ability to work autonomously, and demonstrated teaching
experience. Ideally, you would have a
Certificate in Adult Teaching (or equivalent) or be working towards this.
