Are you passionate about driving change and quality improvement through systems management, combined with a desire to protect staff and customer safety by leading effective emergency preparedness activity? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you.
This important fixed-term (negotiable) role, combines a quality and risk systems administration function, with that of emergency management coordination [facilitator].
We are seeking applications from people able to navigate electronic reporting systems, having an aptitude for analytics; generating reports that extends our understanding of hazard and risk, along with a clear understanding of all aspects relating to emergency management within the healthcare environment.
We will support you in further developing a skill set and portfolio that enables you to have influence across our workplace.
- be experienced in IT systems administration [particularly incident & accident management]. Business analyst experience would be advantageous.
- have an ability to easily build rapport and facilitate changes in practice
- have effective administrative, presentation and group facilitation skills
- have a genuine passion for the safety of healthcare workers and our customers.
