About the Role
Right now, we’re
looking for a Clinical Lead to continue to develop the Integrated Primary
Mental Health and Addiction and Mental health Brief Intervention Services in
South Canterbury. You will be instrumental in supporting, nurturing and
enabling, Primary Mental Health Clinicians, Health Improvement Practitioners
(HIP’s), Health Coaches/Support Workers to ensure early access to mental health
and addiction services in Primary Care.
About You
Along with your clinical expertise, you will be someone with strong quality management skills, with experience in enabling continuous quality improvement. You will manage the continual development of these Primary Care based teams. This will involve working with people and organisations that span the continuum of care. It will be a great opportunity for you to use your skills in critical thinking, problem solving and team management. You also need to be someone with excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly build relationships.
Key Requirements Include:
- New Zealand APC for the relevant clinical body of your Clinical Profession
- NZ Drivers Licence

Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the relevant Collective, and the Pay Scale, determined on relevant experience.
