(Role is 0.5 FTE Clinical Coordinator + 0.5 FTE Case Manager)

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with Mental Health experience looking to step up and take on a leadership position. This could be the perfect opportunity for you to further develop your managerial skill set.

Join our innovative and forward thinking ICAMHS team who were amongst New Zealand’s first Mental Health Services in utilising the strengths recovery model of case management to enhance client recovery. 

You will have a passion for developing, enhancing your own strengths as well as the strengths of your team to focus on improving outcomes for clients working. Our new multi-disciplinary team supports 0-18 year olds who have a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of a moderate to severe psychiatric disorder.

As a leader you will need to value and engage your staff, providing them with support and direction to ensure progressive and innovative best practice, while encouraging ongoing professional development in a client centred service.

Clinical experience in the Community Child and Adolescent Health field is essential for this role.
