Life is a collection of small moments: meaningful moments, challenging moments, moments to remember. At SCDHB, we want to support our people to enjoy more of the moments that matter. Are you ready to join us?

Right now, we’re looking for a Registered Nurse with lots of experience behind them to step up to the role of Charge Nurse Manager. Can you imagine yourself in this key leadership role within the Assessment, Treatment and Rehabilitation (A, T & R) team?

In this role, you will be maintaining the ward roster, managing resources, actively overseeing clinical practice and ensuring multi-disciplinary team involvement in patient care delivery. You will be supporting and overseeing a team committed to providing contemporary patient care. Plus, you will only be working on weekdays, during office hours, with no shift work required.

This dynamic role calls for a Registered Nurse with extensive relevant clinical experience, sound professional judgment and an inclusive leadership style.  Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills are also vital for this role.

If you can tick all these boxes and are excited by this opportunity then we would like to hear from you.
