  • Varying hours of work - Casual
    • Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm
    • Some hours across the 24 hour day.

About the Role

We are looking for administration superstars with a high degree of organisational skills, and exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment

The role works in a variety of departments including Clinical Records, Wards, Community, Secretaries, Front of Hospital and general administration. Therefore, successful applicants need to be able to deal with an incredibly diverse range of people, staff, patients and their families - all of them needing assistance.

Hours

Because we have several departments needing casual staff the hours and days of work will vary depending on the area you are working in and will generally include;

  • Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am – 5.00pm
  • Rotating shifts across 24 hours when working in the Telephonist and Emergency Reception roles

Salary Range

This role is covered by the terms and conditions of PSA Admin Collective (Salary Bands 1-5)and the salary will be in accordance with the Pay Scale, and dependent on relevant experience.
