About the Role
Right now, we have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Hospital Specialty Services team and provide professional administration and customer services across the NASC service.
Reporting to the Charge Nurse Manager NASC this role works collaboratively with all members of the health care team to help enhance patient care delivery. Day to day work includes data entry, service coordination, minute taking, reception duties and dealing with diverse range of people. Also included is working with a patient management system and making appointments.
About You
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who can multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take ownership of their work, and consistently ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Other requirements for this role includes;
- Able to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Data Entry and Excel Expertise.
- Ability to take direction well and work as a part of a team.
- Provide patients/families and visitors with friendly customer service.
- Must have the right to work in New Zealand

Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA Collective, and the Pay Scale, determined on relevant experience.
