Administration Support

  • Fixed Term - Full Time 1.0 FTE (end date to be confirmed) 
  • 0800 - 1630 hours per Day Monday to Friday
  • Based at Talbot Park, Timaru - District Nursing

About the Role

Reporting to the Charge Nurse Manager District Nursing this role works collaboratively with all members of the health care team to help enhance patient care delivery.  Day to day work includes data entry, reception duties and dealing with diverse range of people.

About you

  • The ability to multi task while working with accuracy
  • A keen eye for detail and accountable for own work
  • Data Entry and Excel Expertise and experience with patient management systems  
  • Ability to take direction well and work as a part of our team
  • Provide patients/families and visitors with outstanding customer care
  • Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
  • Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings

Salary Range

This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the Administration Collective and the salary will be in accordance with the Pay Scale, and dependent on relevant experience.
